For Cash on Delivery orders, yes — a 25% advance (bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash) is required before we start production, with the balance due on delivery. Paying by card settles the full amount upfront.

Yes. We handcraft Arabic and Urdu calligraphy signs, including names, verses and family monograms.

Because every sign is custom made to your design, we're unable to accept returns for a change of mind. If your sign arrives damaged or faulty, we'll repair or replace it free of charge.

Our neon signs are handmade to your approved design using LED neon flex on an acrylic backing. The materials used are PVC and acrylic — with our signs, there is no fragile glass that can break, no neon gas, and no mercury.

Every sign ships on a clear, white or black acrylic backing, in your choice of a simple rectangle, a cut-to-shape panel that hugs your design, or a free-standing acrylic desk stand for smaller sizes.

Those are the pre-drilled mounting holes in your backboard, positioned for the screws and wall plugs we include — they make hanging your sign quick and level.

Yes — choose the outdoor / waterproof rating at checkout and your sign is sealed for covered outdoor use. Standard indoor signs aren't rated for direct rain exposure.

Every sign is designed, cut and wired in-house in Karachi, backed by a 3-month warranty, low-voltage LED that runs cool and quiet, and delivery nationwide in 7–10 working days.

Standard signs are built and delivered in 7–10 working days, nationwide across Pakistan.

Each sign is handmade to order — cut, bent and wired by hand, then tested before it leaves our studio. That craftsmanship, plus courier delivery, is what takes 7–10 working days in total.

Within Karachi, we usually dispatch through Bykea for fast local delivery. Outside Karachi, we ship nationwide through Leopards Courier, which typically takes 2–3 days in transit once your sign leaves our studio.

Yes — once your sign ships, you'll get a Leopards tracking number. You can also message us on WhatsApp any time for a status update.

Any manufacturing fault in your sign's wiring or LED tube within 3 months of delivery is repaired free of charge. To claim it, you'll send the sign back to our Karachi workshop for the repair — the delivery cost to us, and back to you once it's fixed, is the customer's responsibility. The warranty doesn't cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
