When you place an order, design a sign, or contact us, we collect:

• Your name, phone number, email address and delivery address
• Your custom design details (text, font, color, size, backboard choice) if you use the design tool
• Order history and any notes or messages you send us
• Any photos, receipts, or unboxing videos you send us for order or warranty support

• To process, produce and deliver your order
• To send order confirmations, payment updates and delivery status by email or WhatsApp
• To respond to questions, warranty claims and support requests
• To improve our products, website and customer experience

Card payments are processed directly by Abhipay, our licensed payment gateway partner. NEOGON never sees or stores your full card number, expiry date or CVV — that information is entered on Abhipay's own secure payment page.

To deliver your order, we share your name, phone number and address with our courier partners — Bykea for deliveries within Karachi, and Leopards Courier for deliveries nationwide. These partners only receive what's needed to complete delivery.

Your order information is stored on secure servers and is not sold or shared with any third party beyond what's needed to fulfill your order (payment processing, courier delivery, and outgoing email). We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data from unauthorized access.

Your shopping cart is saved in your browser's local storage so it survives a page refresh — this data stays on your device and is only sent to us when you complete checkout. We don't use tracking cookies to follow you across other websites.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us at info@neogon.pk.
