NEOGON is a custom LED neon sign studio based in Karachi, Pakistan, operating from Shop # 14, 15 Liberty View, Block 14, Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi - Pakistan.

Every sign we sell is manufactured to order based on the text, font, color, size and layout you provide through our design tool or order details. It's your responsibility to review and confirm these details are correct before submitting your order — see our Return & Refund Policy for what happens if a mistake is discovered after production begins.

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change at any time for future orders — the price you're charged is the price shown at checkout when you place your order. We accept Cash on Delivery, card payment (via Abhipay), bank transfer, Easypaisa and JazzCash. Cash on Delivery orders require a 25% advance before production begins.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example if product information was inaccurate, payment couldn't be verified, or we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment, we'll issue a full refund.

Custom designs you create using our design tool are yours to use personally. The NEOGON name, logo, website design, and font/template library remain the property of NEOGON and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Signs are covered by a 3-month warranty against manufacturing faults in wiring or the LED tube. See our FAQ for full warranty terms.

NEOGON isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delivery delays, courier issues, or product use once installed. Our liability for a faulty product is limited to repair, replacement, or refund as set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
