Shipping & Service Policy

Standard orders are produced and delivered within 7–10 working days of order confirmation. This period covers handcrafting your sign in our Karachi studio and courier transit — it is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date, and may be affected by courier delays outside our control.

Orders within Karachi are typically dispatched through Bykea. Orders outside Karachi are shipped nationwide through Leopards Courier, which typically takes 2–3 days in transit once your order leaves our studio.

Delivery is charged at a flat Rs 500 within Karachi and Rs 700 elsewhere in Pakistan. We do not offer free delivery on standard orders.

You're responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number at checkout. If a delivery attempt fails because of an incorrect address or because you were unreachable, redelivery may be arranged at an additional cost.

Cash on Delivery orders require a 25% advance payment (via bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash) before we begin production. Production does not start until this advance is received. Card payments are settled in full upfront and don't require a separate advance.

Because every sign is handmade rather than machine-produced, small variations in bend curvature or LED tube alignment compared to the on-screen preview are normal and are not considered defects.
